10 October 2008 Kuwait City - Private school owners who failed to
find alternate premises for their schools are largely to blame for the
confusion and chaos that marked the beginning of the new academic year,
Al-Watan Arabic daily quoted Director of Students' Affairs and Examinations
Department at Private Education Sector Fawziya Al-Hadhoud as saying.
