As long as they keep on making them in the US I will be a lifetime customer. Goddamned Chinese crap is ruining the world. I have a Zippo I bought in basic training in 1976 and it's been overhauled free by Zippo 4 times but I've bought them for relatives and friends and a couple more for my own use - smoking or not they work for about anything except where a long nose lighter is needed. Zippos and the long-dead Scripto Vu-lighters were well made and made to last.
