Electronics really should be taught in primary or secondary schools (just to get a basic understanding of how the world works that surrounds us).

In the 80's Jack Kilby believed the IC was coming to the end of it's useful life and felt something new should be developed to take it's place. The PC created a huge demand for the IC.

Yes i am aware of the points you raise, my intention was not to give lessons on the english language, but to aid in the lecturers ability to get his message across. As i mentioned in my first comment i was only trying to help and was certainly not trying to be malicious.

Pronunciation of English words varies based on which part of the world you're from. American English is vastly different from British English for example. Also, if you look at the word "circuitous", you'll notice that the pronunciation of the first part of the word is very similar to how the instructor is pronouncing "circuit". Just trying to help.

Just a little help here, circuit is pronounced sir-kit, or ser-kit, i know i cant speak your language, im only trying to help.Good luck to you.
