his name is sasha baron cohen,and he is an english citizen with jew origins(thats why he can make such antisemitic jokes).this movie was made in romania not in kazakstan..more than that most of the music u hear is romanian.basicly the movie has almost nothing in it related to kazakstan.its shot in romania and USA.anyway...he is a brilliant actor...love his humor!
