theres an english patch for Embodiment of The scarlet Devil, Perfect Cherry Blossom and Imperishable Night, if youre playing any of those you should be able to find one, if youre playing the newer ones then yeah unfortunately no english patch yet

Actually I found a full version download. (unfortunatly I couldnt find an english patch for it, Oh well) and this game is very had and addicting. I've beat all but the extra level on lunatic but the final boss is way to hard lol.

Why is everyone giving him thumbs down? He's right... somewhat. It's actually "患部で止まってすぐ溶ける　〜 狂気の優曇華院", which translates to "Stops at the affected area and immediately dissolves ~ Lunatic Udongein" The only reason people call it Overdrive is because that's the only thing Americans/Youtubers can really call it because most of them don't understand Japanese. Sry for the extremely long reply. :P
