Mine is horizontal and im still seeing scratches. I do not understand how I am getting scratches on mine even though it is horizontal. The scratches are not forming in a perfect ring but rather incomplete rings all over the place. Does anyone know if is possible to get this fixed without a warranty? I am thinking of getting a new console or bringing my console to 360pros.
