Deaf doesn't necessarily mean can't hear anything. Many deaf people listen to music but still use ASL to communicate. It depends on the decibals and frequencies that they can hear. They might also enjoy the vibrations. It depends on the person.

I think Brian also does drums in another band, but I'm not sure. Also might have been having personal problems which prevented him...but I'm not sure.

i dont get the sign language guy thing. if there are deaf people there, then that wud mean they cant hear the song so wots the point? just 'listen' to the lyrics? (im not trying to be rude, im just making an observation). :P
