Okay. Soooo This is supposed to be better than the english subs? I love the english so I think I will like this one. Because more action and romance? I think i have never actually seen the japenese one until now.

Well, its watered down, badly edited and restructured English version was on Toonami a long time ago. I can promise that watching the original will be a completely different (and hopefully far more enjoyable) experience from whatever you remember of the dub. =D
