They sound a lot (only in this album) like Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark and also Human League. Nice effort but I want them to go back to the intricately layered guitars sound of "Dead Cities, Red Seas & ..." and "Before the Dawn Heal Us". Anthony Gonzalez is a real genious in the studio creating those soundscapes that made me like this band so much. BTW I just saw them tonight here in NYC and they were great.

my fav genre is indie. and there is a lot of good bands. but i choose to focus on this group. and the reason for that is that M83 are special. their materials are amazing and they arent recycling tunes. this song is AMAZING, and the rest of the new album is amazing too.
