this is an epic song!!!it reminds me of the days when disney used to make awesome movies like this, the sword in the stone, robin hood, and all the classic fairy tales like snow white and such and the music was absolutely great in all these classics. But once walt disney died the company slipped from making these classics to the overdone, raw sensationalism of today, it's just too bad.

You are so wrong. The Louie character wasn't in the original stories, only added for this film. So Rudyard has nothing to do with it. And he's called Louie after the jazz man, Louis Prima who did the voice. There is some similarity, yeah but thats not the reason.

there is a difference in the music between the german and the american version! at the part where the bear says "what a beat" there is in the american version no trumpet....sick!^^ any reasons?

you know why the monkey kings name is king louie? well, this book was written by an english man, that rudyard kipling guy, and the english h8 the french (along wit the germans btw). And the king of france around this time wuz king louie. so there u go.......mocking the french king :D

yeah, and great apes and bears don't usually sing. but who cares? just enjoy! dazapanone!
