Well done, though I prefer a more consistent and flowing pulse. I think Maisky takes too many less than artful (musically justified) rhythmic liberties. Anner Byslma is my fav. Byslma is worth checking out. More people should know about him.I just posted a my own jazzed-up violin improv to this popular melody on my own channel. It's a hoot. You might be surprised. Having already heard this piece approximately one billion times, I decided to play it with a less conservative twist. Adieu.
