I love the seagulls in the background. If anyone sees a seagull within the next few days. Watch them when they are getting done making those noises, they fling their head up at the end and make a little wail.

Best radio spot in all of the GTA games. I remember when I first played VCS I was pissed that there was only one short segment with Maurice Chavez, but once I actually listened, I loved Moorehead Rides Again and The Time Ranger. I still wish they would've put in Amy Scheckenhausen & KChat in VCS though.
