All that wzukr says is correct, but more signifcantly, Kaddish also refers to the prayer as it is recited for 11 months after and on the anniversary of the death of loved ones, as well as at the end of the Remembrance services (Yizkor) held at the end of 4 major holidays. The prayer never mentions the dead or their deaths.
