Think about it though,do you think they would really start doing flips and breakdancing when they fight you?I "do" MMA and I will bet 100$ anyone of those guys would kick your ass. :)Think about the mindset and physical condition it takes to do those things,not to mention they probably do other martial arts,jiu jitsu being one of them.And I think we all know how Kickboxing vs Jiu Jitsu goes.I rest my case.

well when you take classes, your increase in flexibility and get in shape, i do Taekwondo lol and i lost 10 pounds in the first month and im gettin more flexible, u just gotta keep workin hard.
