Amen. A simple but pretty good review of the basic steps for East Coast Swing. On style though, they're severely lacking. That said, style can really get in the way when you're first learning so it's not a total waste of digital celluloid.

idk. it depends on the music, really, and who youre dancing with and your mood. i love doing it personally, cuz any dancing is awesome to me. but it can be fun, it just has to be fast and energetic -- its your own opinion really. you have to get into it, and do fun moves. this does look kinda boring -- ill admit.

wth is the point of doing that dancing? is it supposed to be fun? it looks all choreographed and kinda boringand stiff. like painting by numbers. ive seen the pros do it too, but even that looks like choreography and not at all fun. im serious,. someone reply to this please.

I don't know why everyone gave "thumbs down" do "jennamarie4", as she was stating the truth. The dance instructors in this video give an excellent breakdown of the basics, but it's obvious from their dance technique that they are not professional dancers. In places like Los Angeles, there are amateur dancers that are more experienced. I'm not being mean, just stating the truth. Hope you don't give me "thumbs down" for that.

I expected an expert teaching the basics since this was posted by "Expert Village." These guys are obviously good beginning level dancers but nowhere near experts. How disappointing. I will likely never watch anything by expert village again.
