Hey I appreciate Ask The PC Guide for making this vid, but there is a better 3-part vid from casttv . It not only goes over vacation msgs, labels, etc. but also importing lists, automatic reply, archiving, and much more.

if i can add a note on each conversation, that would be better for me, mouse over conservation i can see my note. as i want my gmail to be Mini CRM. i have a bad memory.
