hi, i answer that in my first comment on this page (below)....anyone you see on the TV/read about in the papers are not at the top of the pyramid...they're what Alan Watt identifies as 'lazy boys', since they do nothing themselves except perhaps delegate to others..but then they've probably even got someone to do that for the too
