Should she be allowed to get away with 463 counts of kidnapping just because she's a public servant? WHO is going to pay for the psychological damage done to both children and parents?

What abuse and brainwashing? The courts just ruled the evidence isn't there. The FLDS actually raise their kids drug free, they know who their dad is AND he sticks around! Can't say that for a large percentage of Houston families. So why don't we put all those dope ridden fatherless kids in foster care due to the massive abuse in that community? This was about breaking up a religion the state doesn't approve of and that's outrageous.

Flight risk? They haven't committed any crimes. Why doesn't the state just apologize and LEAVE THOSE PEOPLE ALONE! All the "conditional" crap is just the state trying to save face. As if they had some right to assault these people in the first place. They can't just admit the kidnapped over 400 children based on a prank phone call.
