I don't think it's because of the pilates at all i think its juss how you were grown up to be. because breasts are not muscles or fat they are glands

this pilates workout is already part of may daily routine..it just feels great after doing it and I discovered that I had a great flexibility..I guess I'm lucky;))

i think it's more considered "yogilates", the term used for the fusion of yoga and pilates. so it uses the principles of pilates of strengthening and and stretching core muscles, as well as the principles of yoga of balancing body and mind, and also stretching out your body. i'm not an expert. that's just what it seems like.
