They didnt show the video of what happened to Kasparitis' hand but it was grusome. somebody skated right over it with his gloves off. Ugh i remember that.

nah tommy wasn't that bad. reason he retired early was because of heart problems. saw him play with the flyers some years back, and he looked pretty sharp in net. haha i think any goalie would have looked like shit playing for the isles back in 96.

I agree, he is pretty entertaining on NBC but he does spend most of his time taking verbal cheap shots at players on the air. He owes the Islanders alot, they should make him donate half his paycheck to the Isles after what he did to that team.

This was my first game and boy was this a good one. Any wonder why I became a Devils fan? The place erupted after they announced Schwab's ejection. There was a good amount of blood on the ice as well. FYI Soderstrom, egging on the fans after you take a beat down doesn't work.
