Forest Whitaker was fantastic in "Last King of Scotland" but he was #2 for me behind Ryan Gosling in "Half Nelson" but they were neck and neck.Either one winning would have been fab! Although I do kinda wish Peter O'Toole would have won kinda sad he won't win.
