Fred Moldofsky completes a full marathon (26.25 miles) on an elliptical cross-trainer at 24 Hour Fitness in Clear Lake, Texas. There may have been one person who heard his speech -- the others were too busy working out. Thank you, 24 Hour Fitness, for helping Fred achieve a personal best!

Congratulations, 2mariebl! You will see big changes in your body in a short period of time if you stay devoted to regular exercise. I can tell by your enthusiasm that you will have no problem sticking to your program! Keep me informed -- I'm just as excited as you are about your progress!

Hi Moldofsky I just wanted to stop by to let you know that after hearing from you. I have exercised on the Ellipital machine two times this week for two hours each time and almost them whole time I hade the resistance set at 25 using manual mode. I burned 1100 colories the first time and the second time 1060 and I can see a change in my body appearance. Thanks Marie

Dear 2mariebl: I use the elliptical machine almost every day (6 days a week). I will spend a minimum of 90 minutes on the machine, and, depending on when I have to go to work, up to 3 hours at a time. My average time on the machine is 2 HOURS.

Dear 2mariebl: The elliptical machine IS THE ONLY EXERCISE I performed to lose weight. By the way -- my weight is now down to 120 pounds. So I lost an average of 2 pounds per month since March 8 when this video was made. If I lose 2 more pounds, I will be at my high school graduation weight of 118 pounds! I'm so excited! My body mass index indicates that I have a weight range of 111-150, so I am almost at the lower end, which is where I want to be!

Congratulations Moldofsky I am happy for you.But what I would like to know is that the only exercise you did to lose the weight.The Cross trainer Elliptical machine is my favorite exercise machine when I go to the YMCA. I ride the machine for 57min.
