lemarkie89, You're pulling on your head. That's probably what is causing your neck to hurt. Just relax and don't bring your head up too much.

The stonger your abs get the less you will use/strain your neck. Been there done that, it goes away

hey guys i have a little gut and thats it my tp 2 abs are very hard, and im kinda cut on my obliques, and i have a very small love handles, but i want to get rid of these very bad im a little over 5'9 and i weigh 170 and im 15, can anyone help me out? give me routines that have worked for you

Haha i Know that :) I am cycling a lot, and skipping, getting active with friends, etc. During the 3 days I lost weight by being active, not eating and junk food, and doing this 8 min ab thing. I have lost about 6 pounds in the last 3 days

no. your back is supposed to be stable on the ground and you do the crunches and such without pulling your neck up. use more of your mid section and less of pulling on your head :)

oi dont wanna bring you down at all dude or make u feel bad But those excerrsizes dont make you lose weight They just build muscle under the fat Only way u can lose fat is by doing cardio ( running , swimming etc ... ) Just a tip ey im not being negative so yer good luck ey

ive been doing it for 3 days and i already lost weight :) ( im not fat just chubby ) and as the other guy said, i can feel it in my neck also!! Am i doing it right? I still feel the burn in my abs
