the best is to start at the same point and ends at around that area. it is always at one corner of the floor.it is also a standard Sea Games Rountine.marks are given for aggression, the movement, and strength. Hand shows tiger, crane... it is a more complicated and longer rountine.it is easy for the knee to get injured as you have to twist and land on the ground.. the back flip is using stomach and back muscles, don't need to use hand to push themselves up.bring back memories... :)

when i was a teenager i learn this nanquan routine...took about a year and i performed before.it was very tiring, not easy at all. it was like running a 100 m dash...LOL.
