ok so im a complete beginner.I agree, i DO need the warm up and i find it helps. if yah dont need it...just a tip...skip it :D heheheh(great vid rumianallieva i use it loads)

thanx for the vid...although cardio might not be completely necessary for everyone, i find it energizing to follow this vid in the morning...it never hurts to do extra cardio...lol...i also like the fact that they are quick "at home" exercises...btw, i love your accent :)

Of course I don't mind tips :) Thanks for this!I don't know what people use this video, I mean that some people are beginners and they do need warm up.I see that you don't need warm up lol
