Weight lifting helps shed body fat. even better than Cardio. Women tend to fear weights as they believe it'll make them look bulky and manly. which is not true. It takes A LOT of work to add bulk. lifting for me has done wonders and made me shed fat quickly! Using this ab workout with another form of exercise like weight lifting, running...anything that gets you burning calories will guarantee 6 pack abs. you need to burn the fat off your stomach. A clean diet and exercise will do that. <3
