Not possible, low consumption lamps are not bright

Have you done this yourself already? After some research, I've deemed this idea to be quite unfeasable as over head projector bulbs last only 50 hours...looking forward to your reply.

Hey and can't they be replaced for low-consumption lamps?
wishyoucouldbeme0405 (August 18, 2008 at 6:07 am)
an over head projector lamp only has a life of 50 hours, so what im saying is, all that money you saved on building a DIY projector would go towards new lamps for the over head projector...if anyone can prove other wise that an overhead projector lamp can last more than 1000 hours then this idea might not be so futile after all. |
