The study said Vancouver is livable, not affordable. Compare to prices in Manhattan or LA or London.

Yeah, it's about the location. and THAT location is Vancouver!! I mean it is not neccesserily next to the ocean or whatever. This ir the f***ing reality in Vancouver. If you forget about the house prices, it is a lovely city.

Here is a fact, if you don't speak French and you plan on living in Montreal....expect to be treated like shit.If you enjoy natural beauty and are an outdoors kind of person, Vancouver is right for you.If you enjoy an entertaining nightlife, and a European feel to a city, Montreal has got it.
