I wouldn't recommend this camera, unless you are on a very small budget, and want an slr.Only 3 auto focus points? 6.1mp? no thanks!

i buy D40, the Sony Kit is even cheaper but they say the camera produces noise and the focus isnt good. I go for the 6MP one instead of 10 but it has less noise which is more important to me.all the best from Germany

Mh i will buy the Sony A200 now, it´s a bit better. All the best from Germany. PS: No SLR is really Bad ;)
