Yes,Courtney killed Kurt...Nothing to do with the fact that he was a cowardly junky who couldn't fave up to the responsibilities of adult life,hey?Say what you will about Courtney,infact - I don't particularly like her either - but who's the one who stuck around to look after the fucking kid? Who's the one with the real musical talent,and for gods sake - dont say Kurt because a monkey knows that isn't true!And,lets face it - if Kurt was so great,he would have acted like a bloody man!
