It will never hooked up with your PC unless you burn the dick , than you can convert the movies in to your PC and edit those Movies

can u record directly from TV on this instead of pointing and filming so i dont get all the black lines down the screen, but just hook it directly to the TV to record what i see instead of those annoying, horrible, stupid lines?

The DC210 that I bought is a lot of fun, but I have a problem as it doesn't link up to My PC, and the Microsoft XP Movie Maker Software doesn't recognize the computer's DVD drive as a potential video input source. There are other Mini-DVD camcorders that sport USB or Firewire connections, but all the DC210 seems to have is the analog TV and VCR cable. I am looking for other software, but I wish that I didn't have too.
