No, it's the 'Dacia' factory. Although it's equipped using 'Renault' knowledge, standards and procedures. The Renault Group owns 'Dacia' and their factories, but 'Dacia' is an entity on its own within the Renault Group.

imi pare rau, dar esti un roman prost...chiar daca dacia e (sau îi, cum pronunti tu!) mai slaba ca un passat asta nu inseamna ca nu trebuie sa promovam ce e al nostru romanesc. Sunt sigur ca un neamt nu ar recunoaste vreodata ca, sa zicem, Passatul e mai slab ca o Toyota Avensis, care e japoneza!!!

I think that you omited one important aspect...that est european people made and make resisting products(Russia, Czech rep., Romania, last Yougoslavia)and many people from west don't know that!!!...I'm very sure that Dacia is a profitable car(the raport quality/price)...

I think Dacia is ok car,for the value of money it cost,i would rather buy a new Dacia Logan with 1.5 Renault Engine diesel that showed it self pretty reliable and economic than buying for same price second hand Golf mk IV with over 100 000 km that he has been driven...Why?Because there is so much more new car can give you than second used one,and Dacia is well worth the money!!!
