Correction: 50.1% -- and that is under dispute -- thousands and thousands of Democratic ballots thrown out by Republican Secretaries of State and their Republican operatives.Major fucking fraud. Since 2000 -- And let's not kid ourselves -- they're going to try it again this year.

I am an American. The approval rate of the current president is somewhere like 30%. Only 51% voted for him in the last election, leaving half of the country against the war and the people controlling the country, that percentage continues to rise. I live in New York City and surround myself with highly educated people who keep themselves very aware of International current events. No country is filled with 100% of the people seeing eye-to-eye and agreeing on what their leaders should do.

I'm an American. I hate the war, and never wanted it. I don't want to be in Iraq. I don't want to be in Afghanistan. I sure as hell never voted for it. Don't be so bias in your views.

Americans are lazy. They'd rather bitch, moan, and claim entitlement as opposed to being responsible for their own actions. If you want change...do something about it.

She makes a great point. For the most part, the people I know are just going about their daily lives, and think NOTHING about what's still going on in Iraq, and Afganistan. I imagine any journalists who really care about reporting the facts and not the "spin" might well feel the same way. The illegal arrest of journalists at the RNC this week highlights just how bad the situation has become for those who want to report the truth.

in reality you gotta stand up and oppose the people who are hurting us. We can say elect Obama, but the president doesn't run everything, what do you think all those other corrupt politicians are doing. One man isn't going to stop that... And hell the big money corporations control what happens in this country. If we want change we're going to have to change as americans. You can't keep waiting for some big hero to step in. Its all of us, so stop feeding the money hounds and become self seficeint
