*whatever.... a global socialist government is a GREAT IDEA.*Perhaps the single stupidest, naive comment ever. In such a world government the leaders wold be corrupt just as they are in nation states. With no diversity of nation states there would be no stopping a handful of elites from domination every inch of the globe, and enslaving the entire population. As it is now governments can restrict powerful interests from taking the resources.

Take a close look at the financing and industry of destruction. And the financing and industry of construction. Look at this historically. Do the same people control all of the above. Do they create destruction for profit and power? Do they then gain profit and power from re-constructing what they destroyed? Were the cathedral really necessary or helpful to true Christianity? Were they consistent with the character and teachings of Jesus? Just thought I'd ask...
