you are talking to the wrong guy .ive been kickboxing and practising muay thai for a loong time. i bigger muscles mean more weight and thats a suicidal for me.im guessin my problem is water retention in muscles and/or genetic problem with ab wall..i can watch a whole movie doing various ab exercises or take numerous kicks to a stomach area with no problems at all but abs arent ripped and thats it.. hm. maybe i dont even need them since im more into function than form..

probably cause you dont have any muscle's if you know what i mean... cant make make anything if you dont have the material buddy... although ive never done this exercise so i wouldnt know how effective it is
