nice vid. some good strong arms. just shame about the synthol. have nothing against people using them not, just like to say to any of those people bashing about steroids. body building wouldnt be no were near what it is today with out them. shame bout synthol it looks so fake and so obvius.

woah, i luv muscle, but sum of em biceps looked like a ferrit trying to escacape from under their skin. Abs im middle bit were nice tho!
