This is a default tool and comes without a penis and i really wouldn't want to sculpt one.

This is rather bad. No offence, mate. After you made the initial contour with the mask, you decided to go waaaay too harsh on the edges with a overdone smoothing. It took away all the detail and left a noobish mesh no one would spend more than 5 seconds looking at.
