KXXI KEEP HEARING YOU CALL THE FILIPINO PEOPLE BASURA. from 1964 to 1986 Philipines is ranked no. 3 in south east asia, even with the GNP fulctuating as all other govts. and ther economies faltered as well during the 1970's hard time just like today but marcos was putting engineers, giving filipine graduates somethig to look 4ward to with all his govt projects and programs, that way we dont have to send our best and brightest to dubia, saudi, singapore, malaysia, china marcos was doing it!
