nah that's not how muscles made. Muscle is basically rebuilding and reconstruction of muscle fiber. However when weightlifting you lose alot of fat.

if you are thin then eat a lot of good carbs, protein and lot of vegetables and fruits. You can only grow with proper diet and rest. Don't rely too much on supplements.

I have a question, if you are thin and wanted to gain muscle, you suppose to work out right? do you have to consume more calories to gain muscle or consume the same amount of calories?

Sadly many of them have used hormones... those results that you see in this videos are not so easy to archieve... exspecially that old guy...he hardly have gained so much muscle without harmfull drugs in that age and with that starting point.. |
