the ladders do help when i am practicing we have agil days and we have to do the ladder and the coaches can see when we mess it up because the ladder will move...then we have to re do it

He doesn't finish on the cuts. We'd of had to run forever if we quit early lol. Oh, and to the guys below, try just taping the lines somewhere. Or ask the gym if they will.
