I never said it was a steroid you fucking retard! Steroids are a class II felony to have and affect your testosteone and hpta. Creatine is sold at GNC and other places, and has NO effect on your hpta. Way to spell "waiste" moron.Creatine isn't useless, never said that either you fag, but it is overrated. Some people think it will make you 240 pounds and bench 500, no. It might add some water weight and help with your ATP-PC system to a small degree, but nothing major.

By the way, the biggest flaw to creatine is how easilty it is broken down BEFORE it is able to be properly absorbed. So most creatines are damn near useless. THAT is why they tell you to load, because its low quality and trash, so you MIGHT get to use 4-5 grams out of the 20-30. Thats also the reason so many people have gastrointestinal issues after taking it, even after letting it settle so the excess air can leave it.Again, learn before talking shit and making yourself look like and idiot.

Really? No, you're wrong as well. Look up a little on creatine. Or better take a class in physiology.Red meat and fish are high in creatine. It is also measured in GRAMS. Not mg. Even the low quality meats have at least 1 gram for every 8 ounces. The better the meat, the higher this will go as well. Or please post where you heard this trash. A little fitness board? Or from a "buddy at the gym". Better yet look into a REAL cert. Like ACSM or NSCA. Read and learn. Loading is BS too
