i couldent help but noticing that we was wearing a weight belt. if he was more focused on the dynamics of weight lifting instead of the glory he wouldnet need one. plus they do next to nuthing anywayse. there is no evidenct to prove they help you lift more. in fact they keep you back weak. because if let you believe you dont need to excerscise it. Cery vital the lower back muscles. one slup up and its over for the rest of your weightlifting days
