This is not a mass exercise , it's an isolation exercise great for seperation and detail.

It will help stimulate your metabolism but watch your diet, especially protein .

Do not do any exercise on your knees if you dont have the clearance scratch the exercise.

If all the amounts are correct you should feel great. Check on the amounts of complex carbs you are taking in.
