Let's draw a parallel with judo do demonstrate why ukes "fall" by themselves. In judo demonstrations and training people generally fall very well/pretty and landing well also. However in a real olympic match, or in the octagon, people almost never fall well. They land on their heads and necks all the time. If you don't follow a aikido wrist throw you risk a broken wrist.

You can see them jumping by themselves...maybe ´cause they KNOW the moves and don´t want to be hurt?

It would be interesting to see what happens when these moves are performed on people who aren't trained in how to fall. Do you they just break various bones as they hit the ground?
