Lol. This guy just hasnt grasped the concept of "breaking balance" at all. At the point where he says ''Break the balance'' he then allows uke to stand up again, lol. I've never come across that 'Pie in the face' attack before either!Please stop butchering Aikido and giving the art a bad rep. Anyone watching this rubbish, just search instead for Chiba sensei - then you will how how Aikido should be practiced.

To all you folks with some harsh criticism for this I'd like to say a few things. Aikido may have "moves" but they are more demonstrations of the principles of balance and leverage than one trick pony moves. Second, anyone who trains seriously in aikido learns how to be quick, accurate, and most importantly, efficient. My sensei made me endure the consequences of every "move" that we would practice, and it is very much a case of "I was gong to hit this guy, and now I can't breathe" for example
