It's called naifanchi in wado-ryu, and it's also done very different. But it's amazing to see how he uses his hips in this kata and how he uses his arms like a whip.

thats tang su do karatei take that and i forget the name of the form but he does it kinda weird from how we learn it but every instructor is defferent in the way they teach tho hah

I take karate idk what you call dat but anyway we had our head sensei! Sensei Simpa he taught us a kata called WUNSO its soo easy :D im taking this for self defence and im fallowing in my sisters footsteps!! im a white belt right now but i will make it farther than my sister she only made it to....Orange belt with black stripe(idk how to spell xD) But im gonna make all the way to BLACK BELT!! and my sister will be soo proude :] -lexie

some1 plz tell me, is jiujitsu or karate better in a self-defence situation? i mean, as in a REAL self-defence situation when a attacker has an intent to kill? which one shud i learn

kata is just like shadow boxing, if a boxer punches the air for 10 years and never imagines his opponent his form only got good.his boxing hasn't gotten any better.well guys keep a open mindi have done tkd, shotokan, kyokushin all put together for 4 years. i have moved onto training in CSW(combat submission wrestling) and muay thai to learn the sport.every move is 100% affective but not 100% of the time - dan insantotry out different arts you might learn something that you like
