You can lose weight just doing tae-bo and watching what you eat. However to make the workout more effective and get more muscle toning, strap 1-pound weights to your wrists and ankles.

Woah im overweight , and i have lost like 4 kg (but not from this workout video). I only run , but it is kind of boring for me. So i really wanna try out this tae bo , like when you lost a jeans size , did you only do the tae-bo without other exercise? Im just curious =) Thanks , would really help me alot cause i am kinda far away from goal..

If you do this 6 times a week and REALLY do eat right, you should lose about 10 pounds in the first 2 and 1/2 to 4 weeks. And 20 might be a little harder once you've lost that initial excess weight, but keep doing it and you'll lose it no problem.

Okay so i had been doing this for a couple weeks maybe 3 but very iregularly not daily and i have dropped a jean size. after seeing that result wow. i want to keep it up. :D I'm excited

I know the feeling. I did TaeKwonDo for 15 years and now I'd make a sumo wrestler giggle! Starting a TaeBo course tomorrow. |
