Hey man, we can chat about it as much as we want but if you read any source that give information about history of motorcycles you would see that the GSX R 750 is considered as the " GOD FATHER" of the street bikes as we know them today. I did not say or write it but people that know about bikes more than me and you together. You give info about other models and I can not say that there were not around at that time. However, I can say that the GSX R 750 was a bike before it's time.

Based on what do u say that? GPZ600 & RD500 are 4cyl, DOHC,50+hp, look like a modern sportbike and are '85 too. GPZ900('84),100HP has 'modern aerodinamics too. And a lot of older bikes have the same idea as today's sportbikes: Ducati 350Mark3('70) 900SS('75) Honda CB750F('78) Agusta 350S('74) 900S(77')... Suzuki's are the BEST & my favourite bikes, no question, but they hardly "started the idea" they just evolved as all other bikes.

To everyone that knows and that don't know. Suzuki started the sport bikes "idea" as we know it today. It started from the famous GS family and the with the GSX R 750 from 1985. So sorry to all the fan or the green, blue or red. The original is the original.

this video got my blood goin! i live in washington so i only have the summer months to ride...damn i can't wait!! just reworked my k4 motor too and that bad boy sounds really really strong!!

best bike out thier have you seen the new 08 honda and zx 10 both look like sahit and this would kill them the r1 ok but i came from one of those the gsxr is the way to go and i like the pipes they grow on you

The best motorcycles on the planet, why settle for second best when Suzuki production bike's are compared to other manufactura's there is no competition, even (over priced) Ducati fail to beat Suzuki
