its the same thing! free running just has a bit more "pizazz"parkour, originated in france was actually created by the army so that if france were ever invaded during world war 2 i believe. it was created because france has such narrow streets, but now its become a widely enjoyed and loved sport in the world.just thought i would through some history of parkour out there. haha

No. I disagree. Free running is running anywhere you like doing whatever you want. That is what this guy was doing. Le Parkour is when you actually have a goal, like you are chasing or running from something or someone.
